Tips for Installation: Used ~2" scrap strips of 1/4" sub-floor material 4' long to lay in the grout joints to keep them aligned. When they easily slid from door to tub, we knew we had it right. Used the same strips to maintain the grout gap between the tub and wall perimeter. That really worked well. With only one available stool, set stool back after installation and grouted the next day. No problems at all. Used a oversized bowl sealer wax. The use of a nice Dewalt wet tile saw borrowed from a friend was a real boost. A pliers worked well for removing locking tabs where needed on the perimeter. Baseboard saw is a real time saver, no removing door molding. Also used liquid dish soap to make the snapping a snap.
Easiest Part: Everything, but the grouting was amazingly a lot simpler than I had imagined it would be.
Most Challenging Part: Cutting tile to fit HVAC register as one was nearly a 85% cut and that was really not a challenge, just a little time consuming making the plunge cuts and choosing the threshold transition style.
Length of Installation: 3.5 hrs laying tiles, 1.5 hrs grouting the next day.
